At Kessel Run he played a key role in enabling designers and product managers, establishing stronger cross-functional team models, redesigning hiring processes, building onboarding and training systems, and leading broader enablement efforts that improved organizational capability over time.
Across his career he has designed digital products and experiences, led research and strategy efforts, audited business processes, coordinated multidisciplinary teams, and helped organizations improve how they scope, pitch, build, and communicate their work. His background in curriculum design and adult education strengthens Astrobellum’s ability not only to help organizations deliver solutions, but also to support the adoption, behavior change, and team development required for those solutions to succeed.
